This article explains how to reset the MailFlow Administrator (admin) agent password

Steps

  1. Go to the VisNetic MailFlow Program Group on the server VisNetic MailFlow is installed on
  2. Open the 'Administration Tool'
  3. Select 'Settings' from the toolbar
  4. Select 'Administrator Agent Password
  5. Enter your desired password
  6. Save the change
  7. Attempt to login to MailFlow using the Administrator account and the new password
