This article explains how to reset the MailFlow Administrator (admin) agent password
Steps
- Go to the VisNetic MailFlow Program Group on the server VisNetic MailFlow is installed on
- Open the 'Administration Tool'
- Select 'Settings' from the toolbar
- Select 'Administrator Agent Password
- Enter your desired password
- Save the change
- Attempt to login to MailFlow using the Administrator account and the new password
