Answer

When trying to login to the console or open links on the Quarantine Summary you receive a non-specific error message such as "Server Not Found" or "Page Cannot be Displayed".

This is usually caused by one or more of the following…

A misspelled URL address.
An internet connection that is temporarily down. Try browsing to other websites. If no sites work then your connection is at fault.

Ask your administrator for assistance.
