 I made a change to my Online / Offline settings and that change isn't working
Solution Most times when making a change to either the online or offline settings in the DNS2Go Account Manager, or the DNS2Go Client a few steps should be followed to make sure this change gets processed correctly:
  1. Disconnect and Reconnect the DNS2Go Client
    This should be done to make sure that any records that have been changed have been removed and recreated with the correct settings.

  2. Verify that Retain Online Settings is not selected under 'When this domain goes offline' section
    This option will remember the online settings when the domain goes offline. This could cause the original online settings to remain after the domain has gone offline then back online. Removing this option, then taking the domain offline and back online, will allow the domain to show the correct records.
