Solution When transferring a Top Level domain to DNS2Go, the nameservers on that domain need to be changed to point towards the following:

Name Server Hostname: NS1.DNS2GO.COM
Name Server Hostname: NS2.DNS2GO.COM
Name Server Hostname: NS5.DNS2GO.COM

Note: Please include all three name servers.

Once the information is submitted to the registrar, please allow 24-72 hours (normal DNS propagation time) for the update to be completed.
